I have hosted with 3 sites which offered on site server hosting with walk in access to my companies servers, now these services are really sweet, but cost starts at about 800.00 a month for very limited bandwidth. I have hosted 7 off-site hosts and as a admin I had to deal with these companies, this is my 10th hosting company and the sites I host here are for my company, I can?t believe I found this company, but I do NOT plan on changing and I will insist ALL of my customers in the future host with Transparent Technologies. I can count on them when I need them the most. I receive VERY friendly service and I have the confidence to trust them with my most valued resource, my customers. Not only are they professional, but the most technologically advanced people I have seen in a long time. Anyone can start u a hosting company, and a ton of people out there do, but these guys actually come through when it counts. I can?t say it enough times, or express it well enough, I love this company. If you haven?t tried a few companies first you will not be able to understand what I am talking about, but there is nothing more valuable than having a hosting company pull through when you need it most. Outages are VERY rare I have found out, and when there are outages they actually notify their customers ahead of time, I didn?t even get that reliably with a data center my company was paying 2500.00 a month to. The basic package suits my needs perfectly. My site has worked faultlessly from day one, unlike my previous provider, and on the few occasions I have had to contact support for help the service has been quick, friendly, and always solved.
